Enrollment and Retention Data Analyst

ENROLLMENT & RETENTION DATA ANALYST

Western Illinois University seeks an Enrollment and Retention Data Analyst in Macomb, IL. Remote work is not available for this position.

Duties:

• Proficient analytical skills following policies, procedures, and guidelines for creating, cleaning, and analyzing large data sets and other project management activities.
• Intermediate financial analyses.  
• Intermediate coding and inferential statistics in statistical software (e.g. SAS, SPSS.)
• Intermediate predictive analytics.
• Intermediate programming language acquisition for processing and analyzing data (e.g. Python, R.)
• Basic systems programming (update/retrieval from predefined instrucitons.)
• Assists in documentation and communication of complex data projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Eighteen months of relevant research, statistical analysis, and experience with an analyst role; demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate complex data; excellent analytical and quantitative skills; demonstrated proficiency with SQL, Python, R, SAS, Tableau, or SPSS.
