As a Sales Executive at VisionSpark, you will play a critical role in helping entrepreneurs of small and medium-sized businesses find the right executive talent to grow their organizations. RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and growing client and partner referral relationships to enhance VisionSpark's reputation and long-term success
- Prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities to achieve personal sales targets and goals
- Growing and developing relationships with qualified leads and finding customized solutions based on consultative information gathering
- Effectively utilizing CRM tools to manage contacts, calls, leads, and sales opportunities
- Researching and understanding VisionSpark's competition to position us for success
This is a full-time, hybrid position located in Worthington, Ohio. Occasional travel is required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 3-5 years sales experience
- Track record of developing and maintaining lasting partnerships with new prospects
- Experience with consultative selling techniques and diversifying the types of services sold
- Ability to problem-solve and think creatively to find solutions for clients
- Experience with CRMs (like Pipedrive or Salesforce)
- Self-motivated and results-driven
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
- Familiarity with hiring processes and/or staffing industry
- Experience working with entrepreneurs and business owners
Desired
- Understanding of entrepreneurial businesses and how they operate
- Proven history developing a book of business

Salary: 100k+ potential ($50k-$60K Base plus $50-60K commission at plan). Commission opportunity is UNCAPPED.
