Groundskeeper / Property Caretaker

Seeking intelligent, self-motivated individual to assist in daily operations in 24 rental communities in southern York County. No experience needed - Training provided! Ambitious employees will be trained in more skilled tasks and pay will increase with skill.

TYPICAL TASKS: Simple repairs/painting/landscaping, cleaning gutters, litter/trash removal, simple demolition, moving appliances, procuring supplies, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to handle physical workload & complete work/repair orders in timely fashion. Must have transportation, current driver's license, & reside near York. Must be honest, punctual, reliable, & detail-oriented.

SCHEDULE/PAY: 8 hour Day shift, Monday-Friday. Start at $13/hour for 90 days, then bump to $15/hour with possibility of becoming full-time.
