The Village of Coal Valley is seeking a qualified individual to fill a part time position of Utility Clerk.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience in accounting, excellent customer service skills, and knowledge of computers including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering phones
- Filing
- Water, sewer, and garbage utility collection and payments
- Entering permit information
- Other duties as assigned.
Must be flexible.
