WOMEN'S HEAD BASKETBALL COACH

St. Ambrose University invites applications for the position of head women's basketball coach, a full-time, 12-month position.

Responsibilities include all aspects of organizing and administering a nationally recognized NAIA program. Other duties within the Athletic Department will be assigned according to qualifications / experience.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred; successful collegiate basketball coaching experience or equivalent experience preferred. Demonstrated success in scouting, talent assessment and recruitment of qualified student-athletes; monitoring of academic progress of team members, knowledge of and commitment to compliance with NAIA rules, fund-raising and promotion of the basketball program within the community. Candidates must be committed to a philosophy that emphasizes the health, welfare, and academic success of student-athletes, as well as the importance of good citizenship both on and off the playing field.
