Lee Enterprises is seeking a hands-on analyst to partner with the Senior Director of Advertising Analytics and directly supporting the success of the team and to support the company's advertising sales operations. This position work with closely with Vice Presidents in the Advertising department. The primary areas of responsibility of the position include maintaining and developing robust financial reports and performing analysis to support sales business operating decisions and results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining weekly and monthly reports
- Interpret business performance/trend through variance analysis
- Communicate performance to internal customers
- Develop new reports utilizing various internal technologies and software
- Work cross functionally across departments and across multiple businesses throughout the US
- Support advertising executives in all respects: prepare financial analysis, financial modeling, and presentations to the Company's board of directors, and other ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed by the executive team.
- This is a remote position with limited to no travel required.
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Capacity to manage a broad spectrum of ever-changing responsibilities; both structured and unstructured in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, while delivering accurate reporting on time
- Self-Motivated, Responsible, and organized
- Personable and team focused in ever-changing environments
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytic, Business or a related field is require
- Effective user knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office suite required, specifically Excel.
- Experience with LineUp's AdPoint media sales software system is a plus. Working knowledge of the DOMO BI Platform highly preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years in a related field is a plus.
