INSPECTOR / ENERGY AUDITOR

$19.00+ / hour

Position responsible for the initial assessment, worksite supervision, troubleshooting, and final inspection of construction work on residential homes. Full time, year-round position with comprehensive benefit package, including participation in the Iowa Public Employees Retirement System (IPERS). Position requires high school diploma or GED equivalent, valid Iowa or Illinois driver's license, and construction-related experience / education. Computer proficiency is required to successfully enter data and produce assessment reports and other documents.
