Are you a Theologian or a Pastoral Ministries professional looking to join an amazing Student Life team? If so, this position may be for you. This position is responsible for overseeing spiritual development, liturgical/prayer, and service opportunities for students. The Director plays an integral role in developing a positive and involved campus community to promote student flourishing and success. Practices and events/activities will be rooted in the Roman Catholic and Mercy traditions while at the same time creating a welcoming environment for students of all faith expressions.

- Lead initiatives that raise awareness about social justice issues within the context of Catholic social teaching and the Critical Concerns of the Sisters of Mercy.
- Foster partnerships with local community organizations to create meaningful service opportunities for the college community.
- Support and mentor student leaders involved in campus ministry activities.
Our Ideal Candidate’s Education and Experience Include:
- Master’s degree strongly preferred in Pastoral Ministry, Divinity, Theology, or related field with 2-4 years of experience.
This Position Is Responsible For:
- Create, plan, and facilitate programming and events for Spiritual Formation.
- Facilitate Co-Curricular Service and Community Engagement.
- Coordinate liturgical programming.
- Provide leadership for social justice advocacy.
- Supervise Campus Ministry work-study students and peer ministers.
